PlayaLifeIV levies a labor fee of $300 to cover the costs associated with the preparation of essential legal documents required for the facilitation of tenant transfers. Prior to the commencement of any tasks, we kindly request the payment of the designated transfer fee provided below. If you change your mind and want to replace with someone else, you will be charged an additional $300 per change. It is Your responsibility to ensure that your roommates sign the lease transfer document. It is Not the responsibility of PLIV.
